熗炒藕片的詳細做法

原料蓮藕: 1段, 干辣椒: 適量(以個人口味), 花椒: 3g, 醋: 10ml, 白砂糖: 10g, 鹽: 5g, 油: 30ml

步驟1蓮藕洗凈切薄片入水中浸泡一會兒,可加少許白醋以使藕不變色

2開水入藕片焯熟撈出,放入冷水浸泡

3熱油,放入干辣椒花椒,炸香後撈出花椒,放入藕片,再調入鹽、醋、白糖翻炒2分鐘即可。
